Extra environment friendly
DThe absorbing rug Clouth-OIL-EX®1) is made of an absorbing surface and an impervious bottom which helps to prevent leakage in to the bedding. Clouth-OIL-EX® absorbs floating hydrocarbons such as oil, grease with low viscosity, petrolium products and organic solvents. The material selectively separates hydrocarbons from emulsions. The special shape of the surface makes sure that the fluids and solvents are spread and absorbed by the elastomer-matrix. The absorbed fluids can't be pressed or washed out. The high share of recyclable material makes the Clouth-OIL-EX® rug extra environment friendly.

Technical data Clouth-OIL-EX®
The absorbing surface of Clouth-OIL-EX® is a tested binding material of type I & II SF. The absorbing rug is constructed as a 2-layer heterogeneous composite rug, which consist of an absorbing top layer and a hydrocarbon impervious layer at the bottom. A quick absorption is accomplished by the special pattern of canals along and across the rug. The material expands and the canals fill as the material absorbs the hydrocarbons. The rugs absorption capacity is fully used when the canals are totally filled.
